| All sales through Tickets.cc are final and tickets non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds based upon the concept that tickets are purchased based upon the laws of supply and demand. In other words we purchase tickets based upon our online and telephone ordering system for our customers on an as-needed basis. Because of this we cannot recoup our funds if we were to offer a refund to our customers as we too are unable to get our money back for the original ticket purchase from our suppliers. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets. |

| Refunds will only be made available if a show cancellation is mandated by a league, city, or venue without a rescheduled date. In these circumstances a full refund will be granted minus the costs of shipping and handling. Otherwise Tickets.cc cannot make guarantees regarding show cancellation due to weather or manmade instances. For game or show reschedulings, arrangements for replacement tickets are made at the venue itself for the rescheduled game, show, or performance in these circumstances. |

Purchasing |
By clicking on a purchase link on any of the sporting event, Broadway theatre, or concert pages on Tickets.cc, our customers are provided with our latest inventory and ticket price catalog. There customers are provided with the option of either purchasing the tickets through our secure online servers or purchasing the tickets through one of our sales representatives at 1-888-529-5800. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card. For all purchases, tickets are mailed to the corresponding mailing address of the credit card holder who made the transaction. Alternate arrangements for shipping must be indicated with your online order or by calling our toll free number 1-888-529-5800. Again all sales are final. |
| Shipment |
| Ticket purchases are shipped through FedEx and generally arrive between two and four business days after the transaction is completed. For tickets purchased close in time to the sports, Broadway, or concert event date, arrangements will be made to ensure that you get your tickets before the said event. We provide all of our customers with tracking options through FedEx for their purchases. Additionally for security purposes a signature is required to accept the package delivery at the said mailing address agreed upon during the transaction process. Please contact our office 1-888-529-5800 for additional information regarding picking up tickets at the box office itself. |
